Presidents Award  —— The Arkansas Association for Play Therapy (ARAPT) acknowledges an emerging leader who has been fully licensed for 10 years or less for their outstanding organizational service to ARAPT that significantly develops, promotes, or advances the value of play, play therapy, and credentialed play therapists. Outstanding Play Therapist Award —— — The purpose of this award is to recognize a Play Therapist in the state of Arkansas for outstanding service and achievement. This award goes to one Play Therapist in the School setting and one Play Therapist in the Private/Agency setting and one Play Therapist Supervisor. Community Partnership Award ——-The Community Partner Award is presented annually to individuals and organizations who have demonstrated exceptional support and commitment to the mission of the Arkansas Association for Play Therapy (ArAPT). This mission focuses on promoting the advancement and value of Play Therapy within the community. Through this award, ArAPT seeks to acknowledge and celebrate the significant role that community partner’s play in supporting children’s mental health and well being through the promotion of play therapy.

Outstanding Practice Award ——This award honors a practice or agency in the state of Arkansas for their exemplary service to the community and commitment to promoting Play Therapy. The recipient of this award demonstrates exceptional quality and innovation in the delivery of Play Therapy services to the public.
